Latin I: today we began to work on chapter 2. The 5th period class needs to spend 20 minutes translating the chapter for Friday. Please make them STRONG AND FOCUSED 20 minutes - no texting, watching YouTube, TV, etc. The 6th period class needs to finish the chapter for homework (you all had more time to work in class).

We also went over the question words we've learned:

     Cur? = Why?
     Quis? = Who?
     Ubi? = Where?
     Quid facit? = What is she doing?

Latin II: today we worked on noun/adjective agreement where the adjective belongs to the 1st/2nd declension family. I gave a handout on this (when I learn to link documents to this blog I will!!!!).
Homework:  either finish the translation of chapter 16 or, if you have finished it, decline
     magna arbor      and     strenuus pater
